If you work, live or socialise in Manchester, you only need to walk down the road for 5 minutes and we can pretty much guarantee that you will have passed a homeless person sleeping rough on the streets. It’s sadly just part of everyday life in Manchester, something that homeless shelter, Manchester City Mission, are working hard to turn around. Who are Manchester City Mission?
The Christian organisation, provide rest bite and beds for the homeless, this in turn offering them stability and security in their journey to get off the streets.

How are SkinViva helping Manchester City Mission?
So, this Christmas SkinViva are doing our utmost to help, providing a drop-off point for our clients, staff and any residents of Castlefield to leave any unwanted items or donations.
We’ve popped a green crate in reception to drop off any goods, which we’ll be delivering over the Christmas period.
The shelter welcome any donations, but are particularly in need of the following:

Where does your money go?
The team at SkinViva are also going to be volunteering at the shelter in the New Year by doing anything we can do to help – serving breakfast, washing up, changing beds, etc.
