What To Expect

If you’re being seen at our flagship Manchester clinic, when you arrive you’ll be welcomed and offered a drink by one of our lovely Receptionists. If there are any questions you’d like to ask them, they’d be very happy to help. We have a ‘before and afters’ book on reception too so you can have a flick through real life results.

You will then be called through to see your Aesthetic Clinician, who will consult you by asking about your medical history and what you’re hoping to achieve from treatment, and by explaining what we can achieve and the costs. They will never pressure you into to treatment and will be honest if they don’t think you need treatment, or if another treatment would be better.

The clinician will then go through the possible risks and side effects of treatment. If you’re having a treatment appointment and want to go ahead, they’ll ask you to sign a consent form and will take photos for your clinical record (these photos will stay strictly confidential on your medical record – they are not for marketing purposes unless you tell us you want that and sign a marketing consent form). You can find out more about the potential side effects of Botox at the bottom of the page under ‘Got a Question?’, and here for filler.

The Aesthetic Clinician will then take payment. If not already done, they will apply numbing cream if you’re having filler (it’s rarely needed for Botox).

The treatment then takes place. You can find even more frequently asked questions about Botox at the bottom of this linked page in the ‘Got a Question?’ section, and here for fillers. If you have any other questions, please call 0161 8651141 to speak to one of our friendly team.

How long will my appointment take?

This depends on what you’ve been booked in for and whether you’ve been to us before. If you’re new, most people are here for 20 minutes for a consultation appointment, or 45 minutes for a treatment slot, but this can vary a lot depending on what treatment you have or don’t have. If you think you might want a lot of treatment, please call us to extend your appointment if we still have diary availability. If you attend and the clinician does not have enough time to carry out all of the treatment you’d like, you can book another slot at reception. A further £50 appointment deposit will be required.
