Neck Lines

Neck skin is delicate and prone to wrinkles and loose skin as we age. It is difficult to reverse this with skincare products, but our Aesthetic Clinicians can help with anti-ageing injections.

Non-surgical rejuvenation

The neck skin is very delicate and signs of ageing are therefore more noticeable. These include:

  • Lines and wrinkles
  • Creases and folds
  • Loose, hanging skin
  • Lack of definition and shape

Neck lines treatment is ideal for patients who feel their neck skin looks old – loose and wrinkly.

Through cleverly placed injections, these problems can often be helped by our aesthetic medical professionals.

BOTOX® and/or dermal filler injections

Depending on the nature and cause of your neck lines, our clinicians may use BOTOX®, dermal fillers, or a combination of both.

  • BOTOX® injections work to relax key muscles which may be causing excessive movement and therefore premature signs of ageing. The effect is smoother and tighter skin.
  • Dermal fillers work to replace lost volume. This is not just a case of filling lines, the latest filler products can be used more strategically to lift sagging skin for a more youthful look.

Got a Question?

The ageing process means we lose elasticity in our skin so the skin droops and sags. This is especially noticeable where the skin is thin and delicate, such as on the neck.

This depends on which treatment or combination you are having, as well as the extent of correction required. The injections themselves are fairly quick, but our Clinicians spend plenty of time discussing the treatment beforehand in our consultation, to ensure that they fully understand what you're trying to achieve and give the best possible advice.

The SkinViva aesthetic medical professionals can offer you a range of the all the market-leading dermal fillers for if you have a preference however our recommended product for the best results is Juvederm.

No, none of the treatments completed by the SkinViva aesthetic medical professionals are permanent.

Dermal filler treatments (depending on the product you choose) will last anywhere from 6-24 months.

BOTOX® treatments will last up to 4 months.

We recommend a regular review to maintain the results of your treatment.

No. Your skin will just go back to its normal, untreated state.

You need to wait at least 12 weeks between full treatment doses. However, we would normally anticipate that the results will last longer than that.

Not necessarily. Many people do not need to come back in for an adjustment. It is a personal choice, not a clinical necessity. We will send you a text message after 14 days to check how your treatment is looking. If you would like an adjustment to your Botox, you’re welcome to book back in to be seen within the first month after your initial treatment.
