Is there any way I can get an earlier treatment?

In line with government advice and in the best interests of the safety of our team and clients, we will not be reopening until it is safe to do so.

How can you help?

We’re here to answer any questions relating to skin treatments or skin care. Please get in touch, we’d be happy to help.

Help – my treatment is wearing off!

Unfortunately skin treatments don’t last forever as our regular customers will know. If you’re ready for a treatment, we’d advise you to book as early as possible.

In addition, sun protection is more important than ever while you’re at home, as the sun’s rays are one of the most damaging ways of accelerating the ageing process. Slap on the SPF every day, especially if you’re going outside for shopping or exercise. Use a gentle cleanser and a good moisturiser to care for your skin.

When you next visit, our Clinicians will review the condition of your skin carefully and discuss what’s changed. If it’s been longer than normal since your last treatment or your skin is showing more signs of ageing due to sun, stress etc, then they will advise on the best way forward to give you the results you want.

Will the clinic still be in Coronavirus measures?

When lockdown lifts, the experts are expecting that the number of cases will increase again. Therefore it’s imperative that we maintain the measures we set in March to protect the health and safety of staff and clients. We will ask that you:

  • Adhere to the advice of the government, WHO, the National Health Service (NHS) and Public Health England with regards to the spread and containment of Coronavirus
  • Do not visit if you need to self-isolate – let us know as soon as possible and we will rebook your appointment

We will also be maintaining high standards of cleanliness at the clinic with extra measures continuing as required:

  • Disinfecting their hands before and after each consultation or treatment and using gloves/masks where appropriate
  • Wiping/sanitising rooms after each client session
  • Thoroughly cleaning all rooms overnight
  • Hand sanitisation available at the reception desk and throughout the clinic plus hand washing facilities in the toilets
