At SkinViva Clinic, we are proud to be a business that empowers women, from employing and training our clinicians to the highest standard, to providing aesthetics treatments that boost our clients’ self-confidence and help them to be their best version of themselves.
8 March 2021 is International Women’s Day, which is the perfect time to remind us that one of the best ways to overcome gender inequality, is for women to support one another. Whether that involves praising the achievements of other women, or helping other women to overcome personal challenges, at SkinViva we try and support people in as many ways as we can.
Gender equality is a subject that is very close to our hearts, as many of our clinicians have come from medical career backgrounds where they experienced gender inequality first-hand. By switching over to work in the aesthetics industry, they are able to fulfil their potential and embark on an exciting and rewarding career.
One of the biggest rewards of being aesthetics clinicians is that we are able to help people to feel more confident and give them a well-being boost. The world throws enough challenges at women on a daily basis but this last year has been even harder, so being able to provide a service that can bring some happiness is very important to us.
Our top priority at SkinViva is wellbeing, which is why our clinicians provide a free, in-depth consultation to discuss the details of procedures before we will agree to go ahead with any treatment. This is to ensure that the procedure will be in the best interests of our clients and that it will ultimately help to improve their wellbeing.
In some cases, we may advise against having a certain treatment if it is not the right solution, but we take the time to find out more about our client and what they are looking to achieve from a physical and mental perspective.
When we agree that treatment is the right course of action, we then carefully design the procedure to ensure the results are tailored to the client’s requirements. Our clients often tell us that we have changed their lives and given them the confidence that has motivated them to make positive changes in their lives.
