How does microneedling work?
Natural and long-lasting results
Microneedling creates tiny little columns over the face or décolletage. This process stimulates the skin’s natural healing response and the production of collagen and elastin is increased thus plumping the skin.
Your practitioner will use a highest quality medical grade, CE marked electronic pen device to create thousands of micro-medical needle-columns in the skin. Each column will penetrate into the dermis of the skin and will be approximately 0.1mm in width. The column will close rapidly enabling the skin to recover quickly – often the same day. Your practitioner will use a numbing cream to make the procedure comfortable; it will normally take up to 30 minutes for this to work and 20 – 30 minutes for the microneedling procedure to be carried out.
