My main concern was how painful it would be and if I would look totally different.

The treatment experience

My concerns about the pain were soon laid to rest as apart from the odd tingle when injected in more sensitive areas, I never felt any pain.

Dr Tim being the professional that he is advised me it was better to have subtle changes which would give me a natural, refreshed look. He was very informative, very attentive, and extremely professional. Making me feel at ease throughout.

I was a little apprehensive before the treatment, but as soon as I met the doctor – I felt very confident in him and I loved the fact that he was not pushy or salesy. His focus seemed to be on what was best for me. I left him to do what he thought was best as I trusted him so much.

The doctor was really friendly. He spent a lot of time discussing what the best treatment for me would be. He made me feel very relaxed throughout the whole treatment.

Sue has fantastic cheek bones with excellent definition, but a little bit of volume loss underneath her cheek bones, there’s also volume loss in her chin as well as her frown line which she said she would like softened.

We reduced the shadows and made the most of the definition in her cheeks but re-volumised underneath her cheeks and her chin to remove some of the shadows to reveal her natural features, and make the most of her underlying beauty.

By re-volumising underneath her mouth, and by relaxing the muscle that pulls down on the corner of the mouth by using a little bit of wrinkle relaxant, we’ve managed to lift the corners of her mouth and give her a happier aura, which is just what she wanted.

All my friends/family have said how great I’m looking, and how well I look. None of them expected it was from filler till I told them. They could not believe how youthful and radiant I looked but without looking done. A few of them have now been to SkinViva for treatment themselves.

I’m so happy with all of my treatment but especially my mouth, as I look happier now.

You always feel a little nervous before having an injectable treatment, but the doctor made me feel so at ease. What struck me straight away is that the doctor was so on the ball. You could tell that he was really knowledgeable and experienced.

I noticed that he changed the needle more regularly throughout the treatment than previous clinicians had and when I asked him why, he said it was to make sure that the needle is always really sharp so it is a more comfortable treatment and less bruising. It’s nice to find a doctor that actually cares about his clients. Not just interested in taking your money.

Elissa is a perfect example of how we have lots of clients that come to us for reasons other than to erase lines.

Elissa is already beautiful and shows little signs of aging, however by having aesthetic treatments it will help to maintain her natural beauty and enhance her features.

By using small amounts of  filler, her lips now appear plumper, the profile of her nose is straighter, her cheeks fuller and jawline slightly lifted. I also used anti-wrinkle injections on Elissa’s upper face to create a smooth forehead and to maintain her youthful, healthy appearance.

Together all these small, very subtle changes have created a more youthful appearance whilst still maintaining a completely natural look.

I have always been obsessed with my nose and have often thought about having a nose job and then at my last treatment the doctor said that he could sort it out and with just a couple of filler injections it was sorted. Now I am more than happy with my nose.

The treatment was better than I expected. It was a lot less painful. The doctor was really gentle. I have always needed dental blocks, but I was fine with just numbing cream.

Claire has had injections to create a smooth flawless appearance and to help prevent fine lines forming. I put a little filler in her cheeks to give a more youthful, plumped up appearance as losing volume in the cheek area is one of the first signs of ageing, particularly with someone like Claire who looks after herself by keeping slim. I also used small amounts of filler in her nose and lips which has helped to create perfect proportions of the face.

The overall result is that it has created a very natural airbrushed effect.

I just look fresher, plumped up, more youthful. My make-up looks amazing as it does not sit in the little fine lines and creases now.

In my consultation the doctor asked me if I had considered having my lips done. This was the one treatment that I thought I would never have done. You always see so many bad jobs / massive lips on the TV. But I was so confident in the company and doctor that I trusted he would know best and do it well. He showed me lots of pictures of bad jobs (not by them) and good jobs (by them) to reassure me. I didn’t tell anyone that I was having the treatment as I thought they might put me off.

As soon as I met the doctor, I felt that I was in safe hands. The consultation was so in depth. They explained everything so well. I had so many questions to ask, but by the end of the consultation, they had already answered them all. By the time it came to having the treatment, I was not worried at all, just excited. I felt so safe.

Viv is a very attractive lady with beautiful eyes that were a little bit held back by what she describes as shadows under her eyes and some little lines. So we treated those with a combination of injections, and got this fantastic result which you can see. We’ve also done a little bit of work on her top lip to soften lines and to create a little more definition around the cupids bow as well as revolumising a little around the chin and cheeks to give her that youthful fullness back.

The results are even better than I could have imagined. So fresh, so natural. Just a fresher, plumper me. I look flawless. The treatment under my eyes has taken years off me and I am so glad I had my lips done. And the best thing? No one could tell! Everyone says I look great, well, that my makeup looks great. But no one can tell as it looks so natural.

I wanted to look younger and replace the volume around my eyes and cheeks. I also like the idea of looking more youthful all over, rather than one area being noticeably treated.

As soon as I met the SkinViva doctor any worries I had were taken away. It was clear they are real experts at what they do, which is very important to me. The doctor was lovely, and put me at ease. Before the treatment I was excited but apprehensive. As soon as I was with the doctor I was put at ease, and the treatment was much more comfortable than I expected. It helped that the doctor was really easy to talk to.

Karrie is a beautiful canvas to work with, she had some early signs of ageing particularly around her eyes, a few shadows around her mid face as well as very subtle loss of definition of her lips and volume loss around her chin. She also had a subtle frown line, which sometimes made it look like she was frowning when she wasn’t.

In terms of her treatment I did some subtle revolumisation of her cheeks and chin, which helped lift the mid shadow on the corner of her nose; by treating the frown line she also got a lovely, subtle eyebrow lift. By adding a bit of definition to the lips, we’ve increased the show of the cupid’s bow. Particularly I think it was the shadows around the eyes that made the big difference to highlight her natural beauty.

I’m so pleased with the results – I’ve had so many compliments. I still look natural, but so fresh. Friends who told me not to have the treatment have now booked in after seeing me! I feel so much more confident and happy.
