Deposits & Cancellations

 

 

If you need to cancel or amend your appointment please give us 48 hours’ notice. We cannot refund or transfer your deposit without 48 hours’ notice. This is because it doesn’t give us sufficient time to fill the slot.

Treatment appointments: You can put your £100 deposit towards the cost of treatment. If you decide not to go ahead, it will be refunded upon request.

Consultation appointments: When you aren’t sure which treatment best suits your concerns, you can discuss the different options with a clinician. There are two options for consultation appointments:

  • Consultation only (usually 20 minutes) – £50 deposit
  • Consultation with the option of having the treatment in that same appointment (30 – 60 minutes depending on the treatment) – £100 deposit

Your deposit can be refunded upon request (or carried forward) as long as 48 hours’ notice of a cancellation/amendment is given. If you would then like to book a treatment appointment, can put your deposit towards the cost of treatment.

Refunds of deposits can take up to 10 working days to be credited back to your card.
