Deposits & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or amend your appointment please give us 48 hours’ notice. We cannot refund or transfer your deposit without 48 hours’ notice. This is because it doesn’t give us sufficient time to fill the slot.

Treatment appointments: You can put your £50 deposit towards the cost of treatment. If you decide not to go ahead, it will be refunded upon request.

Consultation appointments: Consultation appointments are standalone slots (usually 20 minutes) in which the client and the Dr discuss treatment but none is carried out. Your £15 deposit will be refunded upon request (or carried forward) as long as 48 hours’ notice of a cancellation/amendment is given. If you would then like to book a treatment appointment, we will take a further £35 to make the deposit up to £50.

Refunds of deposits can take up to 10 working days to be credited back to your card.
