Skinviva teamThey are all specially trained to be able to offer the best advice and most efficient service and offer extensive combined experience in non-surgical treatments.

Our fabulous support team is key to our positive reviews and excellent reputation.

From your first point of contact to booking an appointment, to the warm welcome you receive at clinic, we work hard to put you at ease. But the service doesn’t stop there – we’re here to help in case of any queries or concerns after your treatment too and always happy to book a review appointment if you want to see a clinician.

My beauty tip:  Exercise outside, drink lots of water and incorporate as much raw food into the diet as possible.


Keely

Role: Customer Experience Specialist

KeelyWhat treatments have you had: Can you guess? Pretty much everything – bar a Vivalift

If you could only have ONE treatment for the rest of your life, what would it be any why: Tear troughs – I love the way it can transform the face. My mum has had it, she just looked amazing afterwards and nobody could put their finger on why.

What’s the best part of your job:
Having a good old natter about anything & everything with a client! I like getting to know about their lives… from Bob the goldfish to someone’s grandson competing in the Olympics.

One interesting fact about me: I’m slowing working my way around continents of the world … 3 left to go.

My beauty tip: Our ZO Medical range by Dr Obaji is the best thing I’ve ever used on my skin! I can use it for one night and see a difference in the morning!


Claire

Role: Senior Receptionist

ClaireWhat treatments have you had: Bunny lines, neck filler and lip enhancement

If you could only have ONE treatment for the rest of your life, what would it be any why: Neck lines – this is a relatively new treatment at SkinViva, but the difference it has made is unreal. It’s like I’ve got a new neck and I feel it’s taken years off me.

What’s the best part of your job: I can literally talk to anyone about anything! And here I get paid to do it

Tell us one interesting fact about you: I have twin boys at home

My beauty tip: Exfoliate, exfoliate, exfoliate – I can’t stand that peachy fuzz makeup can leave behind!


Jade

Role: Customer Experience Coordinator

jadeWhat treatments have you had: Tear Troughs and Lip Enhancement.

If you could only have ONE treatment for the rest of your life, what would it be any why: Would have to be Lip enhancement, I have had this treatment for so long, it’s become part of me, (And I’m no good with lip liner!)

What’s the best part of your job: I really enjoy being a part of the journey for someone to become the best version of themselves!

One interesting fact about me: I’ve been fundraising for animals and their rights since the teeny age of 7. I even jumped out of a plane at 15,000 feet for my favourite animal charity once, which did not end well as I landed on my bum and broke my coccyx and then I was sick… I won’t be repeating that for a while.

My beauty tip: EXFOLIATE!

Role: Clinic Coordinator

If you could only have ONE treatment for the rest of your life, what would it be any why: It would have to be a VivaLift

What’s the best part of your job: Being able to interact with some of my favourite people 5 days a week! Sounds cheesy, but it’s true.

Tell us one interesting fact about you: I’m a fully qualified swimming instructor and lifeguard. In 1988 I achieved the prestigious ‘Royal Lifesaving Society’s Distinction Award’ after rescues completed in the open waters around Hull.

My beauty tip: Much to some of my colleague’s dismay, I eat a lot of fish to keep my nails and skin healthy!

What treatments have you had: Lips, hyperhidrosis

If you could only have ONE treatment for the rest of your life, what would it be any why: Hyperhidrosis, it’s amazing!!

What’s the best part of your job: Working with a great team of people

Tell us one interesting fact about you: Volunteered in India working with Elephants and Sloth bears

My beauty tip: Instead of using harsh chemical on spots, Sudocrem does the trick!

What’s the best part of your job: The nice people I get to meet – especially if it means less time in the cold!

Tell us one interesting fact about you: I used to live in Windsor with a guy who was a huge popstar in Holland!

My beauty tip: Unlike some men I know, I consciously wash my face every morning.

What’s the best part of your job: How genuinely helpful we are every single day.  

Tell us one interesting fact about you: My sister is Ellie, our Clinic Coordinator! She’d spoken so much about SkinViva, that when this position came up I knew it was my calling!

My beauty tip: Being outside, I get chapped lips. You can make a really easy lip scrub using sugar and Vaseline to refresh and revitalise.

If you could only have ONE treatment for the rest of your life, what would it be any why: The one treatment I would continue having for life is my gummy smile (BOTOX®) I’ve always loved to smile. Big full on smile. I can now achieve that perfect in between smile.

What’s the best part of your job: As cheesy as this sounds… I just love my job. Skinviva is my new found happy place

Tell us one interesting fact about you: I think being a hairdresser for 18 years has helped me to adapt to my new role of receptionist quite well. I’ve always loved meeting new and different kinds of people.

Miranda Pearce

Role: Customer Experience Director

mirandaWhat treatments have you had: Tear trough, Botox and Cheeks.

If you could only have ONE treatment for the rest of your life, what would it be any why: 100% tear troughs. It’s a GOD DAMN miracle. I love the way that it’s not a sexy treatment – it’s like a best kept secret. It’s ONLY restorative so it’s only every going to take you back to where you were, not sex-you-up, although to be fair my troughs were better post-treatment in my mid 30s than they were in my honeymoon photos in my mid 20s!

What’s the best part of your job: I adore my job so much. My 2 favourite things are: 1) hearing colleagues having uproarious laughter. There can be no greater feeling than knowing that you created a platform, and a culture that leads to people to having throw-your-head-back laughter at work; 2) hearing about colleagues making a heartfelt a connection with a client. I don’t spend that much time with clients anymore, but I get vicarious pleasure from seeing colleagues lighting up when they totally connect with someone and are able to brighten their day as a result – what a privilege to have that as your job!

Tell us one interesting fact about you: I went into labour at the SkinViva clinic! I was 2 days off my due date, so I instantly knew what those cramping feelings meant! It was just me and Jade in the CX room and I didn’t want to freak her out, so I didn’t say anything. I calmly said my goodbyes and exited – a few hours later I had Xander.

My beauty tip: I use sun cream 365 days of the year to prevent premature ageing, which can impact us even through the Mancunian clouds!

Our customer experience team is available as follows:


  • Mon – Thurs 8.30am to 7pm

  • Fri – 8.30am to 6.45pm

You will meet one of our expert Aesthetic Clinicians. This first meeting is free and informal. It's a chance to get to know each other. Your clinician will be keen to understand any areas of concern and what you're trying to achieve. They'll also take essential (fully confidential) medical history so that they can provide the best and most appropriate advice.

It's an opportunity for you to ask any questions at all. There's no need to worry, we want you to feel completely confident and in possession of all the facts before you make any decision.


More people worry about this before treatment than after - the majority of our clients are very satisfied with their results and wonder what they're been so worried about in the first place.

However, to put your mind at rest, we do offer a complimentary review appointment where you can look at the results with your clinician and discuss any concerns.
