  2. Come & have a free 1ml syringe of Juvederm Ultra or free 1 area of Botox to experience our treatments

  4. We book the customers in & our system tracks how many referrals you make who end up having a paying appointment with us
  5. Each month we’ll add £100 of credit to your account for you to use whenever you like

Terms & Conditions

  1. Minimum requirement is 1 new paying customer per quarter
  2. A new customer must have had a paying appointment in the quarter (a free consultation does not count)
  3. £100 non-refundable deposit to join scheme
  4. To qualify for the scheme you must be able to prove you work in the beauty industry by:
    1. Demonstrating an online presence for your business; OR
    2. Providing a reference from your salon manager/owner
  5. Marketing and training provided free of charge by SkinViva Ltd. Training is provided at our Manchester head office
  6. If you don’t meet the minimum requirement for any quarter then we stop giving you credit
  7. All customer referrals must be submitted to SkinViva by our Professional Referrers SMS Text Number 07860026565 (including customer name, your name, and customer contact details)
  8. All Professional Referrer treatments take place in SkinViva HQ
  9. We reserve the right to change, amend & terminate the scheme & your membership without prior notice

Our salon payments scheme and referral rewards scheme is now at an end and has been replaced with something simpler and, we hope, appealing! We are introducing a scheme called ‘Free treatments for life’ which allows individual beauty therapists / hair stylists / other customer-facing colleagues to automatically receive £100 of credit on their SkinViva record EVERY month. The scheme is specifically designed to appeal to individuals who work in the beauty sector and who are passionate about receiving SkinViva’s injectable treatments.


Every month our computer system will automatically give you £100 credit on your SkinViva record. In return, you need to refer one new paying customer per quarter. You can spend your credit on our injectable treatments whenever and however you like and you can always check how much credit you have by calling the office on 0161 865 1141.

If you are not able to refer one new paying customer per calendar quarter then the system will mark you as ‘inactive’ and you will no longer receive credits. Please also note, we will no longer be issuing paper vouchers because all credit with SkinViva will be held on our computer system. I’ve enclosed an information pack and a very simple poster to help you explain things to your team.

Please note we reserve the right to amend/cancel this scheme at any point and without notice.


Yes you can donate your credits to someone else you work with by calling us in the office to arrange. We will need your colleague to prove they work for your organization unless we are aware of that member of staff. It’s not possible for you to use your credit in order to give a discount to a customer or family member.


Yes we would very much encourage our professional referrers to try out our treatments before they start referring customers to us, so you can experience the SkinViva ‘vivacity’ feeling first hand.

For new professional referrers who we don’t currently have a relationship with, we require a £100 non-refundable deposit in order to join the scheme. This is to ensure we only sign-up beauty therapists and hair stylists who are serious about wanting to have treatment with us and referring customers to SkinViva.


We welcome you calling the office (on 0161 865 1141) to get a new customer booked in but you MUST text the details of the customer to our text hotline – 07860 026565 – in order to guarantee we record the referral against your name.

Please store this number in your phone NOW and ask your team to do the same. This way you will always have written proof of who you referred to us and so will we. Even if a customer is not ready to book and just wants to take away a leaflet, we still encourage you to text the customer’s full name to us so that you have ‘staked your claim’ on that customer referral.

To guarantee we record your customer referral you MUST text the details of the customer to us.


Yes it still counts but it will count for the quarter in which the person you referred to us becomes a SkinViva customer by paying for their treatment.


Yes, you’re not under any contract or obligation to SkinViva. We want you to make the right decision for your business and feel supported by us.

If you decide to start a new relationship with another injector then we can provide advice for you should you require this. Of course, we will still welcome any customer referrals you choose to give us as well as welcome your customers who still wish to come to SkinViva for their treatments.


We have received a significant amount of feedback from customers who want to book their appointment online.

We therefore plan to launch this service by the end of 2016. This is about making things as simple as possible for the customer and giving them maximum availability of appointments.

Online booking will allow the customers to search all doctors and dentists’ diaries, in all our remainder locations.

If you are aware of any customers who won’t travel to the SkinViva Manchester clinic please let us know so we can talk to these customers directly.


Joanne Jarman is Customer Experience Manager and as such will be responsible for making our customer service better than ever.
