Our senior team has led the company through an exciting phase of very rapid growth from small beginnings in 2008 to becoming one of the North West’s top aesthetic treatment providers today.
Dr Tim founded SkinViva in 2008 after working as a GP.
He qualified in medicine in 2006 following his studies at Warwick and Leeds universities. He spent his childhood in Johannesburg, South Africa before moving to the UK at the age of 14.
In 2013, Dr Tim founded SkinViva Training – a company which is leading the industry forward by sharing excellent aesthetic practices with fellow medical professionals
Miranda has been with SkinViva Ltd since it was founded in early 2008 and now leads the busy Customer Experience Team.
She graduated from the University of Bristol in 2002 with first class honours. Her career experience prior to SkinViva includes working in a number of industries including a role as Complaints Manager at the Healthcare Commission.
Miranda played a key role in the setup and launch of SkinViva Training in 2013, where she drove delivery of a great service to all our delegates from day 1. She now has a mentoring role for SkinViva Training delegates on the Company’s closed forum.
Lee joined SkinViva in 2011 and describes himself as the driving force for growth in the SkinViva family. He played a crucial role in the set up of SkinViva Training in 2013, which opened the company to a new market potential.
Lee graduated in Economics from Lancaster University in 2005 and worked in a variety of roles prior to SkinViva, including time at Lloyds Bank.
He brings experience of working in healthcare at the Forensic Science Service as well as the Care Quality Commision.
Gillian is a founder shareholder and leads the company’s finances and operations. She is an alumni member of Goldman Sachs 10,000 small business programme.
Alongside her commitments to SkinViva, she also works as MD of her own company – Business in Change Ltd specialising in organisational transformations and executive coaching. Her clients include Forensic Science Service, Healthcare Commission, Trinity Mirror Plc and Royal Berkshire NHS Trust.
